SEE Energy Holding

Djordje is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SEE Energy Holding. He has nearly 20 years of experience in global energy finance and development, where he worked on investment, finance and development projects in Europe and the US. Before co-founding SEE Energy Holding, he advised several global asset management firms on setting up energy transition portfolio investment projects and supporting energy transition value chain developments in the Eastern European region. Previously, he has worked for a family office in Houston, US as an investor and developer of upstream and midstream energy assets, and has also worked for global investment banking firms, Lazard and Deutsche Bank in the US.

He holds a MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School in New York and BA in Economics (with Honors) from Oberlin College in the US.

Nikola is an Associate at SEE Energy Holding. He has experience in private equity, M&A/investment banking, and financial audits. Recently, Nikola was an analyst at Deloitte in Belgrade, Serbia, where he was responsible for auditing clients in financial services, energy and auto industries.

Prior to that, Nikola worked as a private equity analyst at Search Fund Accelerator in Boston, USA, where he focused on deal origination and execution in the healthcare industry. He also worked with AGC Partners, a Boston-based tech investment bank, as an investment banking fall analyst.

Nikola holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies, with honors, from Trinity College, Connecticut, USA.
